completely unprofessional
We were customers for 5 years and once took our two Westies for grooming. We were called by the Vet to warn us that our dogs had been completely shaved by the new groomer, and he had been fired as a result. When we arrived to pick up our dogs, we were amazed that we were still expected to pay $40 per dog. Eventually we were given a discount of a measly $10 per dog and sent home with our hairless white dogs.
